Gruesner Named “Super Lawyer”

Minneapolis (August 31,2002) Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine has released their annual list of "Super Lawyers". Congratulations to Mark H. Gruesner, of the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. for being recognized for the fourth consecutive year as one of Minnesota’s top attorneys.

The 2002™ "Super Lawyers" survey was published in the August-September edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, produced in cooperation with Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly. Over 18,000 ballots were sent to randomly selected attorneys across Minnesota. Ballot recipients were asked to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed in action. Those receiving the distinction of Super Lawyers were determined based on the 12,000 responses.

Trial lawyer Mark Gruesner has been practicing in the field of plaintiffs’ personal injury, product liability and wrongful death cases since 1978. Before joining Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. in 1986, Mark managed his own law firm handling personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defense cases. Mark was born and raised in Minneapolis and earned his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been adjunct professor at Hamline since 1980, teaching Advanced Civil and Criminal
Trial Practice Techniques.
