The law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A, is pleased to announce that trial lawyer and shareholder Peter W. Riley has been named as one of the 15 “2004 Attorneys of the Year” in Minnesota by Minnesota Lawyer Newspaper. Peter was profiled in the February 19th issue of Minnesota Lawyer, and received his awards at a ceremony hosted by Minnesota Lawyer on the evening of February 20, 2005. The editors of Minnesota Lawyer select attorneys of the Year after considering nominations made by individuals and groups throughout the legal community. Attorneys are selected as “Attorneys of the Year” based on a variety of criteria, including rising to a position of leadership, procuring a successful result in a case, participating in newsworthy events in the legal community, performance of significant service to the profession or the general public and/or achieving excellence in providing in-house counsel services. “We were very impressed with the high caliber of the many individuals nominated this year,” said Minnesota Lawyer editor-in-chief Mark A. Cohen. “It was an extremely difficult choice.” Peter Riley has more than 25 years of experience in complex civil litigation, including extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. He joined the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. Riley is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Minnesota State Bar Association. Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. is the largest law firm in Minnesota specializing exclusively in personal injury litigation. Minneapolis –Thursday, March 2, 2005 |
