Description: The case involves a 46 year old man whose vehicle was struck by a semi tractor trailer that crossed over into his lane of traffic. The plaintiff was hospitalized for 2 weeks and unable to return to work because of his injuries.

Description: This case involves a 27 year old man who was driving a semi tractor trailer that was negligently loaded. The truck was hauling garbage from Blaine, MN to Iowa. Because of the negligent loading combined with plaintiff's own negligence the truck rolled over causing severe injuries to the plaintiff. There was a finding of 50% fault on the driver and 50% fault on the loading company. The true damages to plaintiff were $4,400,000 reduced by his 50% negligence for a settlement of $2.2 million.

Description: The case involved a 71-year-old woman who was riding as a passenger in a golf cart when the cart was bumped by an automobile. Unfortunately, she was ejected from the cart and struck her head on the pavement. She was in a coma for approximately 10 days and ultimately died. There was some question as to whether her death was trauma related or from health problems she had been having with her heart.
