MINNEAPOLIS, MN-June 1, 2005– For the forth consecutive year, Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben’s attorney, Richard Tousignant was voted by his peers as one of “Minnesota’s Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyers” and printed in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. More than 16,000 Minnesota-based attorneys vote on the list of top 40 lawyers that appears in a special annual issue dedicated to personal injury law.
Trial lawyer and shareholder with the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, Richard Tousignant was born and raised in Minneapolis. He graduated cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1986. In that same year he joined Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben and since that time has devoted his practice entirely to personal injury and wrongful death litigation, successfully representing hundreds of clients in a wide variety of cases. In 1998, the National Board of Trial Advocacy certified Richard as a Civil Trial Specialist.
