Tousignant Named ‘Super Lawyer’

Minneapolis (August 31,2002) Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine has released their annual list of "Super Lawyers". Congratulations to Richard L. Tousignant, a Shareholder of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. for being recognized for the fourth consecutive year as one of Minnesota’s top attorneys.

The 2002™ Super Lawyers survey was published in the August-September edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, produced in cooperation with Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly. Over 18,000 ballots were sent to randomly selected attorneys across Minnesota. Ballot recipients were asked to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed in action. Those receiving the distinction of Super Lawyers were determined based on the 12,000 responses.

Trial lawyer Richard Tousignant was born and raised in Minneapolis. He graduated cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1986. In that same year he joined the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben and since that time has devoted his practice entirely to personal injury and wrongful death litigation, successfully representing hundreds of clients in a wide variety of cases. In 1998, the National Board of Trial Advocacy certified Richard as a Civil Trial Specialist.
