MINNEAPOLIS, MN (August 2020) – Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is pleased to announce the addition of personal injury attorney Cody C. Scharpf to their team of experienced lawyers. Cody has experience with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including car and truck collisions, motorcycle crashes and general liability cases. She also brings with her compassion when helping victims of serious accidents through what can be the most difficult time of their lives.
Before joining Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, Cody worked as a law clerk while she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2015 from William Mitchell College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University with a B.S. in Paralegal with an emphasis in Criminal & Civil litigation and Commercial Law.
While the majority of Cody’s career has been on the defense side for insurance companies, she always knew that she wanted to return to representing plaintiffs at some point. It was that experience that helped Cody learn what insurance companies are looking for and will enable her to get great results for her clients. Since 2020, Cody has dedicated her practice to solely representing individuals who were injured due to no fault of their own.
