Max Hacker’s Dedication to Client Advocacy Recognized by 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers

Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is proud to announce that attorney Max Hacker has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers list, a distinction recognizing outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.  This is his 22nd year being named, which is notable since only 5 percent of all Minnesota litigators are named Super Lawyers.

Max was one of ten students invited into the top-rated University of Minnesota Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. He eventually changed directions and began studying law. Max graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980, and the same year joined Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben. He has practiced exclusively in personal injury law ever since.

The list published by Super Lawyer is based upon an external review of legal practitioners built on standards similar to Consumer Reports. The list has an aggregate Minnesota readership of 537,209. Results come from peer nominations, independent research, and third-party feedback. The panel evaluates candidates in 12 categories, such as verdicts, community service, writings, and special certifications.
