Outstanding Lawyers of America members are selected in a variety of ways including through nomination by their peers reviews of attorneys’ professional achievements and accomplishments, and/or through the use of results and ratings from peer review surveys conducted by various organizations. Membership is limited to 100 attorneys per state, and is based on nomination by one or more of the prospective member’s peers
Mr. Weinmeyer practice with the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. and is dedicated to representing the injured victims of automobile collisions, defective products, and poorly constructed or maintained premises. His clients include surviving family members who have suffered the wrongful death of a loved one. He represents clients from Minnesota in both State and Federal Court, bringing negligence claims for all types of injuries, minor to catastrophic, including traumatic brain injury, disfigurement, loss of limbs, paralysis, and death. The National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association have certified Weinmeyer as a Civil Trial Specialist.
