Paul Godlewski Named “Top 100 Super Lawyers”

Minneapolis (August 31,2002) Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine has released their annual list of Top 100 Super Lawyers. Congratulations to Paul E. Godlewski, of the law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. for being recognized as one of Minnesota’s top attorneys.

The 2002™ Super Lawyers survey was published in the August-September edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, produced in cooperation with Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly. Over 18,000 ballots were sent to randomly selected attorneys across Minnesota. Ballot recipients were asked to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed in action. Those receiving the distinction of Super Lawyers were determined based on the 12,000 responses.

Paul Godlewski, a northeast Minneapolis native, began his legal career with a small firm in Columbia Heights. Paul also served as a public defender after graduating from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1973. During his distinguished career, he has won a number of record-setting settlements and verdicts, including one of the largest verdicts ever returned in Minnesota. One of his jury trials helped to expand the law that requires manufacturers to warn the public when they discover a defective product has gone to market.
