Schwebel Goetz & Sieben, together with Franklin D. Azar & Associates, are pleased to report that the ASR settlement program has resulted in successful notification of claim resolution for the vast majority of our clients. This program has resulted in payments faster than any program of this magnitude that we have seen. We have been in communication with leadership and the claims administrator and have been informed that the overwhelming majority of base payments will be complete by the end of September.
