Bill Sieben Receives Most Votes Among Super Lawyers

(Minneapolis, MN) Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine has released their annual list of "Super Lawyers" in the state of Minnesota. This year’s top vote-getter:  Bill Sieben of the law firm Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben.

The survey, known as "Super Lawyers" 2000, was published in the August edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine, and was researched and produced in cooperation with Minneapolis St. Paul and Twin Cities Business Monthly.  Over 5,000 votes were cast by lawyers selected at random from throughout the state of Minnesota.

Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is a personal injury law firm located in downtown Minneapolis.  Sixteen other lawyers from the firm also made the “Super Lawyers” list. The law office was established in 1973, and Sieben has been associated with the firm for the past 20 years.

He added, “this recognition is particularly gratifying because it comes from some of the most respected attorneys in the state, and recognizes Bill’s contribution to this law firm, to his clients and the entire legal profession in Minnesota. In addition to his remarkable courtroom success, he is known for giving back to the community, through charitable efforts and in service to his profession.” 
 
Bill Sieben has been practicing law for over 23 years, and has handled some of the largest personal injury cases in the state. In addition to his practice, he has served as president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and president of the  Douglas K. Amdahl in of Court. 

The "Super Lawyers" survey was created by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine as a way of helping potential clients choose an attorney or law firm. The list includes more than 1,300 Minnesota lawyers who were selected by their peers as the best lawyers in the state. The number of attorneys published represents roughly the top 5% of all Minnesota attorneys.

Mr. Sieben is not alone when it comes to “Schwebel Goetz & Sieben” lawyers who made the Super Lawyers list. This year, sixteen of the 22 attorneys at the firm were so endowed by their peers.
