Press Release
November 2008

Minneapolis (November 2008) – Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. announced today that eight attorneys have been listed in the 2008 edition of ‘The Best Lawyers in America’.

Again this year, Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has more listed lawyers in Best Lawyers in the area of Personal Injury than any other firm in Minnesota.

“This prestigious recognition serves as a testament to the talent of our attorneys, their commitment to advancing the legal profession and more importantly, their constant drive to deliver quality counsel and optimum results to our clients,” said James Schwebel, Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben’s President, and one of the attorneys listed.

“The fact that Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has eight attorneys, each nominated by colleagues in other firms, certainly underscores the reputation and performance of our firm. We are truly honored to have them as part of the Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben team,” concluded Schwebel.

The following are the eight Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben attorneys who were recognized in the 2008 edition of ‘The Best Lawyers’. James R. Schwebel, John C. Goetz, William R. Sieben, Richard L. Tousignant, Peter W. Riley, Richard J. Nygaard, Paul E. Godlewski, and James G. Weinmeyer.

The Best Lawyers’ lists represent 27 specialties, 50 states and Washington DC and are based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which 16,000 leading attorneys nationwide cast more than half a million “votes” on the legal abilities of fellow lawyers in their respected specialties.

Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. is the largest law firm in Minnesota specializing exclusively in personal injury litigation. With 17 lawyers and more than 40 support staff, it provides personal, specialized service from initial investigation through settlement, trial or appeal.
