Two Schwebel Goetz and Sieben Trial Lawyers Recognized as “Attorneys of the Year”

Minneapolis (February 2009) Minnesota Lawyer released their 10th Annual “Attorneys of the Year” awards to those who have made a unique contribution to Minnesota justice through their achievements. Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is pleased to announce that this year two attorneys are being honored, shareholders Paul Godlewski and William Sieben.
Godlewski is one of five attorneys being recognized separately in the tragic railroad grade crossing case where the jury awarded $6 million to each of the families of four young people killed in a collision with a train.
Sieben’s recognition comes from his role in obtaining a $54 million settlement in a class action suit against Wal-Mart.
