Aaron Eken’s Dedication to Client Advocacy Recognized by 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers
July 2026
Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is proud to announce that attorney Aaron Eken has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers list, a distinction recognizing outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This is his sixth year being named, which is notable since only 5 percent of all Minnesota litigators are named Super Lawyers.
While Aaron’s career started on the defense side for insurance companies, it became clear that his passion was to help people over insurance companies. He is also acknowledged as one of Minnesota’s leading lecturers in the area of trial practice and insurance law. In 2025, he was promoted to shareholder status.
“Over the years I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of families in times of crisis and uncertainty. I care about my clients, and I work hard to help make things right. The skills that I learned working for an insurance company have helped my clients from the outset of their case all the way through trial. Making sure their rights are protected every step of the way is my goal in every one of my cases, no matter the size or complexity,” says Aaron.
The list published by Super Lawyer is based upon an external review of legal practitioners built on standards similar to Consumer Reports. The list has an aggregate Minnesota readership of 537,209. Results come from peer nominations, independent research, and third-party feedback. The panel evaluates candidates in 12 categories, such as verdicts, community service, writings, and special certifications.
