Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben Representing Victims of Faulty Knee Implants by Zimmer Biomet and DePuy Synthes Companies

December 2017

Do you suffer from pain, loosening, clicking or other problems as a result of a knee replacement? You may be entitled to a recovery due to a faulty knee implant. Please contact the experienced attorneys at Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben for a free consultation at (612) 377-7777 or visit schwebel.com.

Knee ImplantSchwebel, Goetz & Sieben is representing individuals who have received a knee implant by Zimmer Biomet and DePuy Synthes Companies, a division of Johnson & Johnson.

The largest knee implant maker in the world, Zimmer Biomet, recently recalled thousands of its Persona Knee implants, leading the Food and Drug Administration to issue a warning that the implants can loosen early and cause complications.

DePuy Attune Knee lawsuits claim a significant failure of the fixed bearing tibial base plate in the DePuy Attune cemented knee.  Case studies and adverse event reports to the FDA claim the tibial base plate of the DePuy Attune fails to adhere to the cement mantle and comes out clean or with little adherence or attachment to the cement interface.

Revision surgery can be complicated and often requires a longer recovery than what is typical after an initial replacement surgery. Families may be entitled to compensation to help cover medical expenses.

If you, a family member, a loved one or friend has a Zimmer Persona Knee or DePuy Attune Knee, we could be of assistance. Every client is important to our office, and in every case, we fight to achieve the best possible result. Please contact Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben at (612) 377-7777 or visit schwebel.com.
