Since 1972, Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, Minnesota's Personal Injury Powerhouse, has become one of Minnesota’s most trusted and respected Personal Injury law firms. Our attorneys have an average of 25 years experience in assisting the victims of Personal Injury. We have won or settled over 50,000 cases and received more than 60 verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000. Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has handled many high profile cases in Minnesota such as the 35W Bridge collapse, the police van crash at the Hollidazzle Parade in downtown Minneapolis, and the Williams Pipeline explosion in Roseville. Although most of our cases don’t make the headlines, we bring the same level of expert assistance to every client, regardless of how large or small their case may be.
Practice Exclusive to Personal Injury
For over 40 years, Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has practiced only Personal Injury law. We do nothing else and are Minnesota’s largest Personal Injury law firm. While located in downtown Minneapolis, we serve personal injury victims and those affected by wrongful death throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and across the United States. By devoting our practice exclusively to Personal Injury, we stay on top of the changes in the law, insurance practices and treatment advances. Our trial lawyers provide innovative and aggressive legal representation for victims in more than 25 practice areas and injury categories.
No other law firm knows more about Personal Injury law or your rights than we do. The success of our firm has everything to do with the outstanding level of service each of us provides to our clients every day. At Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, our service philosophy is not to simply meet the needs of our clients, it’s to exceed their expectations.
You have a right:
Our mission is to help people who have suffered wrongly. It starts with your first phone call for a free case evaluation and continues with day-to-day updates on your case. This is our dedication to making sure every client receives a fair settlement. We will go the extra mile.
At Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, your consultation with us is always free. Whether you complete the free case evaluation form on our website or call our office regarding a potential personal injury claim, the case evaluation and review is given at no charge to you. Also, we work on a contingency fee basis, which means we only collect a percentage of your settlement. If there is no settlement, there is no fee charged to you. You will never receive an hourly bill regardless of the time needed to prepare your case. Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben makes legal assistance affordable for victims. The last thing you need to worry about is how to pay your legal fees. No fee is due until you receive your settlement.
Having 18 attorneys on your side helps you in three ways:
Since our firm is Minnesota's largest law firm practicing exclusively in Personal Injury, we have all the means necessary to compete with insurers who are armed with nearly limitless resources. We know that they have their own lawyers, and can call upon numerous other professionals to shoot down your case. At Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, we have the same resources including financial backing (expert fees, investigation costs, filing fees, deposition charges and other unexpected costs) and support staff to counter the types of angles insurers will take. These expenses can exceed $100,000 in complex cases.
The law firm of Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has extensive civil court trial experience. Though very few of our cases go to trial, it's important to know that Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben is one of Minnesota's most trusted, and respected Personal Injury law firms.
