Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist
Ten attorneys employed at Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. are National Board and Minnesota State bar certified as Civil Trial Specialist. In order to become board certified, one must have been a practicing attorney for at least five years, have served as lead counsel in at least 15 trials of civil matters to verdict or judgment, and have submitted trial briefs and memoranda that have been filed in court. The lawyer also must pass a written examination and submit references from other trial lawyers and judges familiar with the lawyer's trial skills. The law firm has more civil trial specialist than any other law firm in Minnesota.
